Founded in 2009 we make it easy for shoppers to receive or return online purchases in a way that is fast, secure and hassle-free. Customers can use their local CollectPlus Point as a delivery destination, or returns point for over 400 well known Retailers.

    CollectPlus is the trading name of Drop & Collect Ltd, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Yodel. Based in Hatfield, CollectPlus is run as a standalone business unit within Yodel. We work closely with Yodel to offer a class-leading suite of delivery and returns services, ensuring that customers get the best possible experience.
