Our job is to help the business get the best out of its people – and to make sure everyone has the tools and support they need to do their jobs to the best of their ability. And that includes you!
We’re divided up into six areas: internal communications, operational training, people services (admin, payroll & recruitment), operational HR (HR business partnering), employee relations and talent & development. So as you can see, there’s a lot more to working here than simply advising on all the usual HR matters (although, of course, that is a big part of what we do).
Here, you’ll have the chance to get involved in some big project work too. Projects like our transformation programme, where we’re looking at things like training, development and resourcing – and figuring out how we can do things differently to attract the very best people to come and join us.
Not only is it a great team to be around, you’ll also get involved in a really broad range of projects – and you’ll have more influence and make a bigger impact here, sooner than you might anywhere else.
