The Role
In this senior role, you’ll review and improve site-wide costs, service levels and resource management. Expertly managing change, you’ll also design and deliver best-in-class engagement strategies to make your site an exceptional place to work.
Skills & Experience
An experienced Senior Operations / General Manager with an established career in logistics, supply chain or retail, you’ll have strong knowledge of warehousing, distribution and transport processes, systems and infrastructure, and H&S.
Passion & Personality
Continuing an impressive track record of leading from the front, you’ll have the gravitas to confidently develop fantastic working partnerships across your site and our wider business, as well as with trade unions and other General Managers.
