Team Manager Opportunities
At Yodel, our open culture means our Team Managers really get to know the people they lead. Enjoying the freedom to get out of the office, our Team Managers lead from the thick of it on the ‘shop floor’, managing a group of Team Leaders and Sorters & Loaders. As a Team Manager, you’ll supervise and inspire everyone to do their best to deliver our promises. Every single day will be varied and challenging but you’ll have a great team behind you to support you every step of the way.
Right behind our Shift Managers, you’ll do all you can to help keep every cog turning in our vast depot. That means supporting with reporting, driving regulation standards, planning, managing your team’s schedules and more.
At any one time, there will be 5-10 Team Managers on, depending on your location, the time of year and shift patterns. Rest assured that you won’t be alone, as there will be senior leaders to learn from and support you, if needed.
There will be on-the-job training and scope to grow your skills – and in turn, career. We’ve supported and seen Team Mangers develop into more senior management roles, because as part of a business on our scale, there is no shortage of potential to progress.
