Shift Manager Opportunities

Our Shift Managers deliver promises from the front. In our bustling Sort depots, we want natural leaders who’ll get out there on the ground floor to run their shift, day or night.

Your team will look up to and you will oversee everything and make sure our whole operation runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible. It’s a chance to work closely with our Transport function too, as you make sure we work well together and that our relationships with third party suppliers are close-knit and fruitful.

  • The Role

    Overseeing the day-to-day sort operation, you’ll handle everything from recruitment and other HR issues, to taking responsibility for safety, standards and making sure we get every parcel out on time.

  • One Team

    At any one time, there’ll be two or three Shift Managers on, all working together to share the load. One might focus on recruitment, or one more on performance – essentially, whatever it takes to get everything shipshape, every single shift.

  • Development

    There will be on-the-job training and the scope to grow your skills – and in turn, career. We constantly support Shift Mangers to develop into Operations Managers and elsewhere across our diverse business.
