Shift Manager Opportunities

With hundreds of HGV Drivers collecting millions of parcels and moving around the UK daily, it’s vital we have a team of Shift Managers to support our Transport hub. As an experienced Transport Manager, you’ll make sure everything runs as efficiently as possible, bringing the experience and expertise needed to confidently and competently handle a variety day-to-day tasks.

You’ll play a pivotal role in helping us deliver our promises by ensuring every delivery is right on time, whether through our internal teams or a third party. In return, you’ll enjoy the challenge of managing a large team, and having real autonomy.

  • The Role

    As a Shift Manager, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations to ensure service levels are met safely and efficiently. In this high profile role, you’ll also keep a close eye on things like costs, performance levels and health and safety.

  • Skills & Experience

    We look for Transport CPC Holders with the knowledge of transport operations and management, transport management systems, and drivers’ hours and working time regulations that comes from a logistics and distribution background.

  • Passion & Personality

    You’ll need to be a natural and experienced leader who’s an excellent communicator. As someone who can delegate and resolve problems, you’ll also be just as focused as we are on improving the way we work.
