When someone says ‘parcel delivery’, what’s the first thing that springs to mind? Our ambition is to make it ‘Yodel’. We want to be synonymous with parcel delivery – like Google is to ‘search’ or Hoover is to ‘vacuum’. That’s what our Marketing team do. They give us an image and a voice.

What does a typical day look like? Well, it’s pretty hard to pin down. It could be attending and representing Yodel at trade exhibitions, communicating the latest Yodel news to our clients, speaking to the press, designing marketing collateral, working on innovative new products and services, delving into the latest digital trends or placing advertisements with leading industry partners.
But one thing’s for sure – life in our marketing department is never dull!
