Team Manager

Supporting our Service Centre Manager, you will help to deliver our promises by focusing on day-to-day operational activities. We’ve some big targets to meet, and you’ll ensure we achieve them by supervising and supporting your teams to do their very best, every day.

Whilst there’s a good degree of autonomy, you will also need to quickly pick up our policies and procedures around legal compliance, health and safety, security and our fleet, assets and people – in order to ensure that our service providers, Drivers and contractors comply too.

There is plenty of responsibility for someone who’s ready to build on their strong record of management in a distribution environment that doesn’t stand still for a minute.

  • The Role

    In this vital role, you’ll help provide hands-on operational support on the shop floor and ensure solid compliance, resource planning, and shift handovers. Ensuring customer expectations are always met, you’ll maximise productivity in order to always achieve targets and maintain SLAs.

  • Personality

    Exceptional communication skills are a must, as you’ll be part of the management team behind the entire Service Centre. That means we look for Team Managers who can build a rapport with ease in order to motivate a diverse team.

  • Skills & Experience

    A quick learner, with experience gained in a similar environment, you’ll quickly pick up all aspects of our operations. A strong planner, you’ll need good organisation skills and knowledge of spreadsheets too.
