Our Team Managers focus on improving the way we deliver promises by supervising, supporting and improving the day-to-day operations of a whole Service Centre.
Supporting our Service Centre Manager, you will help to deliver our promises by focusing on day-to-day operational activities. We’ve some big targets to meet, and you’ll ensure we achieve them by supervising and supporting your teams to do their very best, every day.
Whilst there’s a good degree of autonomy, you will also need to quickly pick up our policies and procedures around legal compliance, health and safety, security and our fleet, assets and people – in order to ensure that our service providers, Drivers and contractors comply too.
There is plenty of responsibility for someone who’s ready to build on their strong record of management in a distribution environment that doesn’t stand still for a minute.
