As a key member of our friendly service centre teams, you’ll support various activities, working closely with drivers as well as site-based colleagues. Involved in everything from parcel dispatch and parcel return to customer experience and all administration duties, your role makes sure our service centres run smoothly – and, ultimately, it’ll make our customers happy.
It makes for some great job opportunities for people with excellent admin skills and a real desire to put the customer at the heart of everything we do.
To join us, you’ll need strong interpersonal, IT and communication skills, along with a good knowledge of spreadsheets too. A confident administrator, it’s a job that calls for a quick learner with a keen eye for detail and an understanding of health and safety regulations, policies and procedures.
