It’s a huge operation, with millions of customers and hundreds of clients relying on us every day to provide support and deliver their promises.
Our Customer Experience team leverages insight and relationships, to continue to deliver the best experience possible, constantly looking for new and innovative ways to deliver promises.
Our Customer Experience team is dedicated to providing support to our customers and clients. We want their experience, and therefore Yodel, to be as positive as possible, and you’ll be a big part of this.
Our Customer Experience team are based in several locations, including strategic customer sites, our Liverpool Head Office and Warrington Service Centre, and even in South Africa – which is home to our 3rd party Customer Service Support team.
Passion & Personality
The tenacity to handle any challenge, attention to detail under pressure, an analytical mind, problem-solving skills and excellent written and verbal skills are all vital. You’ll also need a passion for putting customers first.
